Completion of Website

I spent a lot of the past couple of years wanting to have a website but never really knowing how to go about making one. I have never been tech-savvy so I was unsure of where or how to start. I knew that I wanted to have one though. I wanted somewhere that I could share my images and blog entries. I have been using Instagram for a while and I know that professionally then it is sometimes recognised as a way to share your work with prospective employers but having a website feels more solid, in terms of professionalism. At least it does for me.

After days of altering, jigging, uploading and trimming then I finally have a website that I can be proud of. I am still going to be tweaking it from time to time and adding new work to it, but I am so happy that I finally have one in place. I am feeling very proud of myself. I chose Squarespace after some recommendations and it has turned out as one of the best options for me. The whole process was simple and easy from initial sign-up.

So, the next steps is to start advertising my services more and see how I can get my page seen more in Google and various other search engines.

Might be time for some more YouTube Tutorials… :D
